Originally from North Carolina, Jasmine distinguished herself at Western Carolina University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration and law. Her academic journey was enriched by volunteering with the Family Readiness Organization for Camp Lejuene’s Third Battalion, 2d Marines, during her husband's military service.
Post-graduation, Jasmine gained valuable experience as a civil litigation paralegal, administratively guiding clients through their legal matters. Relocating to Virginia Beach, she immersed herself in the rigorous curriculum at Regent University School of Law.
Her tenure at law school was marked by active involvement in the Trial Advocacy Board. Jasmine served as a dedicated Staff Associate from 2021-2022, appointed the role of Treasurer from 2022-2023. Her commitment extended beyond her roles, as she coached and mentored aspiring and current members, while excelling in national trial advocacy competitions. Notably, in 2021, Jasmine played an integral role in Regent's Trial Advocacy Team, attaining the prestigious title of National Champions at Stetson University’s National Trial Advocacy Competition.
